I am an average mid 20-ties working mom from Southeast Washinton State, and running is my hobby. Hence, I have to suffer from lower back pain quite often. After I did run my last run I had to take a time-out. It was aching terribly. Now I am recovering from back pain, because I followed the advice I found here.
The founder of The Healthy Back Institute, Jesse Canonne, lately published his new book titled “The 7 Day Back Pain Cure” and for the moment you can get it for FREE.
